These are the terms and conditions that apply to our fundraiser program.
‘Stuck On You’ or 'the SOY Group', 'we', 'our' or 'us' is a reference to Stuck On You Trading Pty Ltd (ACN 163 867 141), whose registered office is 16 Leather St, Breakwater VIC 3219. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of a website (looking at you!) and where applicable, means each customer who places an order through this website. (Hooray! Our lovely fan club.).
The Stuck On You Fundraiser program is open all organisations specifically suitable for organisations in the eduction, child/day care, kids camp and sport sectors, managed by individuals 18 years or older, and a current ABN can be provided.
An organisation becomes a Fundraiser member at the date they have complied with all requirements to join and this has been approved by Stuck On You Pty Ltd.
By choosing to join Stuck On You Fundraiser program, you agree to receive communications from Stuck On You.
By participating in the program you have agreed to the Stuck On You terms and conditions.
Once the account is approved, an email will be sent by Stuck On You, informing the Fundraiser of their unique fundraiser code associated with the account This code needs to be distributed to all members and associates of the organisation and used at the checkout in order to support the organisation.
Each Sale will earn the Fundraiser owner 20% commission. The commission is calculated on the total sale amount excluding freight and shipping.
There is no limit to how many times the code can be used and there is no expiry date to the code.
One account per organisation. Commission funds cannot be transferred to other accounts or between account holders.
At sign up, bank details, GST / Tax / VAT registration and valid business registration number will be required.
Commission Funds will be paid to the nominated account out when a) the Fundraiser owner requests payment and b) the Fundraiser has in excess of $50 AUD in their account. All Fundraiser funds under $50 AUD threshold will be held until the threshold is met and payment release is requested by the Fundraiser owner. Available funds and transfers will be reviewed and actioned in the second (2nd) week of every month, excluding Public Holidays.
The Stuck On You Fundraiser program reserves the right to cancel or terminate, modify or suspend the Fundraiser program or any aspect of it or at its election, to payout any funds and reset balances, giving the Fundraiser owner 4 weeks notice.
Fundraiser Funds cannot be used as a credit to the Stuck On You ecommerce website or any of its other entities
