Production
The Stuck On You personalised product range is proudly made to order in Geelong, Australia.
Each product is custom-created according to your design specifications and takes approximately 2 to 4 business days to complete prior to dispatch. On occasion due to failure of equipment or reasons beyond our control this time frame may take a little longer
Just a quick note to keep in mind: The delivery period for your order is separate from and added to the time it takes to create your items. This begins from the day your order is sent out. Choosing Express Post will speed up the delivery but won't affect the time needed to prepare your order. Also, when we mention business days, we're referring to Monday through Friday, based on Australian Eastern Standard Time, and this doesn't include public holidays or weekends.

Express Delivery
If you need your order delivered quickly, you can select the Express Post shipping option in the checkout. Please be aware that this does not further reduce production time.
Delivery
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address used when placing your order, when your shipment has been dispatched. Occasionally we ship items separately, in this instance, you will not be charged any additional shipping cost.
Don’t go waiting by the window for the postie just yet! It can take up to 14 business days from the point of getting that dispatch confirmation to it arriving at your doorstep. Black Friday sales, sneaker drops, annual matchy matchy Christmas pyjama family cards – you get it. There’s a lot for your local mail distribution centre to handle!
Stuck On You works with Australia Post to ship your order from our warehouse in Geelong, Victoria. Postcode 3219.
If you have selected standard non-trackable shipping service, please note that your package will be conveniently delivered to your letterbox. It is essential to allow for the recommended time frame associated with this service for your order to arrive. As this is a non-trackable service, we do not have the ability to monitor the journey of your parcel, and hence, no delivery time frames are guaranteed.
Standard delivery timeframes given through Australia Post are between 4–14 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier to ensure the successful delivery of your goods. If your order cannot fit into a mailbox, the carrier will attempt to leave it in a secure location. If they are unable to do so, a collection slip will be left, and your order will be redirected to your local post office or collection point for collection.
Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to collect the order within 10 days of the attempted delivery date from the post office or collection point. Failure to do so may result in the return of the order to us, and an additional shipping fee to redeliver the goods will apply.
Click & Collect
We’re excited to now offer our local customers in Victoria the convenience of Click & Collect for their Stuck On You order.
We aim to provide you with the convenience of Next (Business) Day Click & Collect however, in some cases such as during peak times and sales periods there may be delays on the production of your items which may mean that your order will be ready for collection after 3-5 business days. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection via email.
Click & Collect will appear as an option at checkout based on your location and distance from our collection point at 16 Leather Street Breakwater VIC 3219 (Geelong)
*Please note: Click & Collect hours are between the hours of 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays)
Collecting your order
Click & Collect orders will be available for pick from the Click & Collect counter at 16 Leather Street, Breakwater VIC 3219 between the hours of 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). When you collect from the Click & Collect counter, you can use the email copy on your phone as proof of purchase together with your photo identification.
If you have authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will require photo identification to collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been collected, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items.
We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 30 Calendar days once you receive your “Ready for Collection” notification.
