We’re excited to now offer our local customers in Victoria the convenience of Click & Collect for their Stuck On You order.  

 

We aim to provide you with the convenience of Next (Business) Day Click & Collect however, in some cases such as during peak times and sales periods there may be delays on the production of your items which may mean that your order will be ready for collection after 3-5 business days. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection via email.


Click & Collect will appear as an option at checkout based on your location and distance from our collection point at 16 Leather Street Breakwater VIC 3219 (Geelong)

Collecting your order

Click & Collect orders will be available for pick from the Click & Collect counter at 16 Leather Street, Breakwater VIC 3219 between the hours of 9am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). When you collect from the  Click & Collect counter, you can use the email copy on your phone as proof of purchase together with your photo identification. 

 

If you have authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will require photo identification to collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been collected, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items.

 

We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 30 Calendar days once you receive your “Ready for Collection” notification.

 

Stuck On You is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. Our Click & Collect Privacy Notice and our Privacy Policy outline how we manage your personal information.

 

Privacy Collection Notice

Stuck On You collects the personal information you give us to provide you products and services. When you make a Click & Collect order, we need your personal information to complete the transaction and provide your products to you, including by verifying your identity or the identity of any individual you authorise to collect your order. We will usually collect full name, phone number, email, and address. When attending our store to collect the order, we may also collect photo identification to verify identity.

 

If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to accept your order or provide your products to you through ‘Click & Collect’.

Orders

This is a big one. Our website is set up to automatically start processing your order for manufacture as soon as it is placed, so we can’t make any changes or cancel your order after it has been submitted by you. That’s why it’s important to check your preview carefully and make any tweaks before you submit your order.

All products are subject to stock availability. If we cannot fulfil your order we will let you know as soon as we can and will promptly refund your payment.

We may withdraw our products from sale. If you have already placed an order for a product we have withdrawn, we will let you know as soon as we can and will promptly refund your payment.

We may also on some occasions be unable to process your order. This may occur where our systems identify a pricing error or product description error or an unspecified technical error. If you are having difficulties placing your order, please contact our Support Team to see if we can resolve it.

We may refuse to fulfil your order at any time and for any reason, and if this happens, we will let you know and refund your payment.

We make the magic happen in 2–4 business days

Every Stuck On You personalised product is custom made with love by our team in Geelong, Australia.

If we could snap our fingers for it to instantly arrive in your hands we would, but a lot of love and care goes into the creation process. Give us 2–4 business days to make sure your order is personalised to perfection. Please note that during peak times and sales periods dispatch timeframes may be a little longer, we appreciate your patience as our team of personalisation experts work to get your order ready. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your entire order so it’s best to preview delivery costs at checkout. Occasionally we ship items separately, but don’t worry those additional shipping costs are on us!

If you’re just after personalised labels, we’ve got great news – this standard envelope costs less than your coffee!

If you need speedy delivery, choose our express shipping option at checkout. Just note that this doesn’t reduce production times (but we’ll do our best to get it out the door ASAP).

Having Issues With Your Delivery?

While most deliveries arrive in record time, delays can happen due to transit points, weather anomalies and about a hundred other reasons. Your local postie is doing their best!

Please visit our Delivery Information page for delivery timeframes and details. If your delivery hasn’t reached you after two weeks then please reach out to our Support Team and we’ll investigate.

Please Note: Any delivery or completion date or time stated are estimates only and we are not liable for any consequences for delays to these estimates.

Payment

If there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit or debit card or other chosen payment method after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we may not manufacture or despatch your order until we have confirmed the payment.

We require payment in full before we ship your order.

Taxes

If you are placing your order in Australia, GST is included in the price shown at the Checkout.

If your order is for delivery overseas, Australian GST will be deducted from the price at the Checkout, but any taxes or duties incurred in the country of destination are your responsibility and must be paid by you before receiving the order. This includes storage or other administrative costs if you are unable to accept delivery. All deliveries will be marked as dutiable “merchandise”, and Stuck on You is prohibited by law from marking the items as a gift.

eGIFT CARDS and CREDIT VOUCHERS

Gift a shopping spree on you with eGift cards or credit vouchers (‘eGifts’). With prompt delivery via email, it makes a fantastic last minute gift and they’re valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

You are allocated a unique code that is to be applied at the checkout after you have added items and chosen the shipping method. Only one code can be used per transaction; but you can utilise the total amount of the eGift over multiple, separate transactions.

eGifts cannot be redeemed for cash and if you lose (or delete!) your eGift, we are afraid it is gone for good and cannot be replaced so make sure it’s filed under Important!

Unfortunately, we cannot currently support the use of eGift cards outside of Australia.

Returns

We hope you love your Stuck on You products, but if you need to request a return, please see below on how to do this.

Defects and Faults

If you find a defect or fault in your order, contact our team as soon as possible to discuss available options to fix it!

We may ask you to return the product to us for inspection or send photos so that we can assess the defect, and to make sure it isn’t repeated. We’re all about quality control here at Stuck On You!

If the Australian Consumer Law applies to your order, you will be entitled to a repair, and in some cases, a replacement or refund, under Australian Consumer Law if the product:

  • is not of acceptable quality;
  • is not fit for the particular purpose that is expressly stated;
  • does not match the description; or
  • does not comply with any express promise made by Stuck On You about the product.

If the Australian Consumer Law does not apply to your order, Stuck on You will, at its discretion, repair, replace or refund any defective products notified to it within 30 days of delivery.

Make sure you’re using the product correctly by reading through any instructions for use on our website or product packaging. A product will not be faulty if the defect is from misuse. If a refund is offered by us you will be refunded the amount of the product paid for at the time excluding shipping.

Change Of Mind

Our range is custom made to order and personalised to perfection, so we do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. If you’ve ordered a non-personalised product, you may be able to refund or exchange it by returning the product at your own cost. Please contact our Support Team to discuss these options for non-personalised products.

Incorrect Personalised Spelling

We can’t provide a refund or exchange if you’ve made a boo boo when typing in a name. Our printing team often sees creative ways to spell names in our print queue, so it’s impossible for us to pick up typos. Our snazzy preview technology gives you a good look at what’ll arrive on your doorstep if you go ahead with your order. It’s super important to check this carefully and make any tweaks because personalisation can’t be changed after submitting an order.

If any errors have been made on our end, please reach out to our Support Team. We’ll either refund the product or reprint and post it to you free of charge.

Returns Procedure

  • Please reach out to our Support Team to discuss the options as this is done on a case-by-case basis.
  • Our Support Team will let you know how any return shipping costs will be covered – this could be through a Reply Paid number, reimbursement of shipping costs or, if the return is not under the Australian Consumer Law, it may be at your cost.
  • It can take up to 14 business days from the date the product is received by Stuck On You to arrange a repair or replacement.
