Orders

This is a big one. Our website is set up to automatically start processing your order for manufacture as soon as it is placed, so we can’t make any changes or cancel your order after it has been submitted by you. That’s why it’s important to check your preview carefully and make any tweaks before you submit your order.

All products are subject to stock availability. If we cannot fulfil your order we will let you know as soon as we can and will promptly refund your payment.

We may withdraw our products from sale. If you have already placed an order for a product we have withdrawn, we will let you know as soon as we can and will promptly refund your payment.

We may also on some occasions be unable to process your order. This may occur where our systems identify a pricing error or product description error or an unspecified technical error. If you are having difficulties placing your order, please contact our Support Team to see if we can resolve it.

We may refuse to fulfil your order at any time and for any reason, and if this happens, we will let you know and refund your payment.

Delivery

We make the magic happen in 2–4 business days

Every Stuck On You personalised product is custom made with love by our team in Geelong, Australia.

If we could snap our fingers for it to instantly arrive in your hands we would, but a lot of love and care goes into the creation process. Give us 2–4 business days to make sure your order is personalised to perfection. Please note that during peak times and sales periods dispatch timeframes may be a little longer, we appreciate your patience as our team of personalisation experts work to get your order ready. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your entire order so it’s best to preview delivery costs at checkout. Occasionally we ship items separately, but don’t worry those additional shipping costs are on us!

If you’re just after personalised labels, we’ve got great news – this standard envelope costs less than your coffee!

If you need speedy delivery, choose our express shipping option at checkout. Just note that this doesn’t reduce production times (but we’ll do our best to get it out the door ASAP).

Having Issues With Your Delivery?

While most deliveries arrive in record time, delays can happen due to transit points, weather anomalies and about a hundred other reasons. Your local postie is doing their best!

Please visit our Delivery Information page for delivery timeframes and details. If your delivery hasn’t reached you after two weeks then please reach out to our Support Team and we’ll investigate.

Please Note: Any delivery or completion date or time stated are estimates only and we are not liable for any consequences for delays to these estimates.

Payment

If there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit or debit card or other chosen payment method after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we may not manufacture or despatch your order until we have confirmed the payment.

We require payment in full before we ship your order.

Taxes

If you are placing your order in Australia, GST is included in the price shown at the Checkout.

If your order is for delivery overseas, Australian GST will be deducted from the price at the Checkout, but any taxes or duties incurred in the country of destination are your responsibility and must be paid by you before receiving the order. This includes storage or other administrative costs if you are unable to accept delivery. All deliveries will be marked as dutiable “merchandise”, and Stuck on You is prohibited by law from marking the items as a gift.

eGIFT CARDS and CREDIT VOUCHERS

Gift a shopping spree on you with eGift cards or credit vouchers (‘eGifts’). With prompt delivery via email, it makes a fantastic last minute gift and they’re valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

You are allocated a unique code that is to be applied at the checkout after you have added items and chosen the shipping method. Only one code can be used per transaction; but you can utilise the total amount of the eGift over multiple, separate transactions.

eGifts cannot be redeemed for cash and if you lose (or delete!) your eGift, we are afraid it is gone for good and cannot be replaced so make sure it’s filed under Important!

Unfortunately, we cannot currently support the use of eGift cards outside of Australia.

Returns

We hope you love your Stuck on You products, but if you need to request a return, please see below on how to do this.

Defects and Faults

If you find a defect or fault in your order, contact our team as soon as possible to discuss available options to fix it!

We may ask you to return the product to us for inspection or send photos so that we can assess the defect, and to make sure it isn’t repeated. We’re all about quality control here at Stuck On You!

If the Australian Consumer Law applies to your order, you will be entitled to a repair, and in some cases, a replacement or refund, under Australian Consumer Law if the product:

• is not of acceptable quality;
• is not fit for the particular purpose that is expressly stated;
• does not match the description; or
• does not comply with any express promise made by Stuck On You about the product.

If the Australian Consumer Law does not apply to your order, Stuck on You will, at its discretion, repair, replace or refund any defective products notified to it within 30 days of delivery.

Make sure you’re using the product correctly by reading through any instructions for use on our website or product packaging. A product will not be faulty if the defect is from misuse. If a refund is offered by us you will be refunded the amount of the product paid for at the time excluding shipping.

Change Of Mind

Our range is custom made to order and personalised to perfection, so we do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. If you’ve ordered a non-personalised product, you may be able to refund or exchange it by returning the product at your own cost. Please contact our Support Team to discuss these options for non-personalised products.

Incorrect Personalised Spelling

We can’t provide a refund or exchange if you’ve made a boo boo when typing in a name. Our printing team often sees creative ways to spell names in our print queue, so it’s impossible for us to pick up typos. Our snazzy preview technology gives you a good look at what’ll arrive on your doorstep if you go ahead with your order. It’s super important to check this carefully and make any tweaks because personalisation can’t be changed after submitting an order.

If any errors have been made on our end, please reach out to our Support Team. We’ll either refund the product or reprint and post it to you free of charge.

Returns Procedure

• Please reach out to our Support Team to discuss the options as this is done on a case-by-case basis.
• Our Support Team will let you know how any return shipping costs will be covered – this could be through a Reply Paid number, reimbursement of shipping costs or, if the return is not under the Australian Consumer Law, it may be at your cost.
• It can take up to 14 business days from the date the product is received by Stuck On You to arrange a repair or replacement.
• It may take up to 10 business days for refunds to be credited back to the purchasing account.

This website is owned and operated by Stuck on You. This website and our social media channels contain material which is owned by or licensed to us.

The content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, audio/video clips, product names and shapes, data compilations and software and its compilation, and the website itself, is protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights.

You may only use these materials for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

Our content is valuable to us. Therefore, you must not:

• modify, create, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, duplicate, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information contained on, or obtained from, the website
• download (other than page caching) or modify the website, or any portion of it
• reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose any part of the website

We will try our best to make sure the information on this website is current and accurate. If we identify an error, we may change the content without prior notice.

We do not warrant that the website will be free from viruses, and your use of this website, and any files or programs on it, is at your own risk. We make every effort to make sure the images of our products on our site show what you will get in real life. However, the display and colour capabilities of the device you use to view the website may impact the image on your screen. Stuck on You is not responsible for those IT limitations.

YOUR STUCK ON YOU ACCOUNT

You may create an account with us (yay!) by registering your name, providing certain information about yourself, and creating a password. In order to create an account with Stuck On You, you must be at least 16 years of age.

Please provide complete, current and accurate information about yourself as requested, and keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your username and password that you use to access your account. You agree not to disclose your username or password to any third party. You are solely and fully responsible for any activities or actions taken under your account, whether or not you have authorised such activities or actions. Please immediately notify Stuck On You of any unauthorised disclosure of your password or use of your account.

INNOVATION & CREATION

We happily receive your ideas and suggestions to improve our website and our products and services (look at you, innovator!). However, please note that Stuck On You must own any such ideas or suggestions to be able to commercially progress them, and therefore, you will be deemed to have irrevocably assigned any intellectual property rights in such ideas and suggestions to Stuck On You on disclosure to us. If you intend to retain any intellectual property rights (such as patent, trade secrets, copyright, trademark, etc.) in your ideas and suggestions, please do not submit them to us without our prior written approval.

We love it when you share your life hacks or show us how you’re using your Stuck On You swag. Where you post content to our websites and social media communities, you warrant that you own all the intellectual property rights in that content and give us the right to use and reproduce your content in our discretion, including in marketing and advertising. If you cannot give us this permission, please do not post anything to our websites or social media communities.

VARIATIONS

Stuck on You may vary these terms and conditions at any time, and by continuing to use the website, you consent to these changes. Stuck On You will not make any notification of the change.

However, no variation of terms will apply to any confirmed order for products and services, if the variation is made after the order is submitted.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

If any of these terms ae unenforceable or held to be invalid, the offending provision(s) will be removed and the remaining terms remain in force.

Any failure by Stuck On You to immediately enforce these terms will not be deemed a waiver of its rights to take any such action.

Any claim arising out of or in connection with this website or any products and services supplied by Stuck On You is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this website or the supply of products or services are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Stuck On You is operated from Australia. Stuck On You does not represent or warrant that any of its products and/or services, or any part of this website, is appropriate or available for use in any particular country. If you access this website, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations that may apply locally or otherwise to your use of this website.

We may limit the availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

Your remedy for any defective or faulty products are set out in our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Other than as specified in that policy in connection with defective products, Stuck On You will not otherwise be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss or damage) however caused which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the use by you of a Stuck On You product or service or this website, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the maximum liability of Stuck On You arising out of or in connection with the provision of or failure to provide any products or services shall be the actual price paid for the product.
